Job Title: Account Manager - IT Sales

We are looking for a Account Manager - IT Sales to join our team to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain computer systems, networks and hardware
Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems
Install and configure operating systems and security tools
Maintain documentation for IT procedures and system updates
Job Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in IT sales or account management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of IT solutions (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, hardware, software) and how they align with business objectives.
Sales Skills: Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and close deals effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an understandable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Negotiation: Demonstrated ability to negotiate terms, prices, and contracts.
Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong, professional relationships at all levels of client organizations.
