Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with international clients to sell sponsorships and delegate packages for conferences.

• Conduct market research to identify leads and decision-makers.

• Make outbound calls and send emails to generate business opportunities.

• Update and manage leads in the CRM system.

• Achieve sales targets and collaborate with the marketing team on strategy.

• Deliver excellent client service and maintain strong relationships.

Requirements:

• Qualification: PUC or Graduate in any stream

• Experience: Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome

• Skills:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Basic MS Office and CRM knowledge

  • Negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
