Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and result-driven International Tele Sales Executives to promote our services to clients in the US, UK, and other international markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international leads (B2B).

• Promote and sell background verification solutions.

• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and generate regular reports.

• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams for post-sales support.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in international tele sales or BPO sales.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales acumen with a focus on customer success.

• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

• Willingness to work in night shifts (US/UK time zones).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Preferred: Background in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.
