• Oversee and manage daily transport operations, including vehicle scheduling and driver assignments.

• Ensure on-time deliveries and pickups as per client and company requirements.

• Monitor vehicle movement through GPS or manual logs to ensure route efficiency and compliance.

• Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and internal departments for smooth transport flow.

• Handle driver attendance, duty rosters, and resolve any on-road issues.

• Ensure timely maintenance and servicing of vehicles.

• Maintain accurate records of fuel usage, tolls, permits, and transport expenses.

• Ensure all drivers follow traffic rules and safety protocols.

• Handle transport-related documentation such as challans, trip sheets, and invoices.

• Report daily transport activities and issues to management.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in Logistics/Transport Management preferred.

• Proven experience in fleet supervision or transport logistics.

• Knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, and fleet documentation.

• Proficient in MS Excel and basic transport management systems.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vehicles and drivers.
