1. Sales and Business Development

• Promote and sell insurance products (life, health, general, or investment-linked policies) to the bank's customers.

• Identify sales opportunities by analyzing customer needs, financial goals, and life situations.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the bank or insurance partner.

• Work on cross-selling and upselling opportunities (e.g., offering insurance when customers open a fixed deposit).

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank clients to foster trust and long-term engagement.

• Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Conduct follow-ups and policy renewals to maintain high retention rates.

3. Bank Staff Collaboration

• Train and motivate bank staff to generate leads and understand insurance products.

• Work closely with bank branch managers and relationship officers to align on sales targets.

• Support the bank staff in joint customer meetings when needed.

4. Documentation and Compliance

• Ensure all insurance application forms, KYC documents, and disclosures are accurately completed and submitted.

• Comply with internal and regulatory standards set by both the bank and insurance company.

• Maintain proper records and reporting of sales activities.

5. Product Knowledge and Training

• Stay updated on the latest insurance products, features, pricing, and market trends.

• Attend training sessions provided by the insurance partner or bank.

• Help educate customers on financial planning, risk management, and protection needs.
