Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending appropriate products. This role involves generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s insurance products and services.

• Identify and approach prospective customers through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

• Conduct needs analysis to match clients with the best insurance plans.

• Provide detailed information about policies, including coverage options, premiums, and payment plans.

• Prepare and deliver customized insurance proposals and quotes.

• Close sales and process policy applications accurately.

• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and up-sell additional services.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain records of sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.

• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.

• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and achieve goals.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Relevant insurance license(s) as required by state or country regulations (e.g., Life & Health, P&C).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

• Multilingual abilities.

• Prior experience with [specific types of insurance, e.g., life, health, auto].
