We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives/Managers to handle patient inquiries, convert leads into consultations, and ensure medicine sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build trust with patients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Conversion & Sales:
● Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, and website inquiries from patients.
● Explain Apna Homeopathy’s treatments, pricing, and benefits.
● Convert interested leads into paid consultations and medicine sales.
● Follow up with patients who showed interest but did not purchase. 2. Patient Relationship Management:
● Build strong relationships with patients by understanding their health concerns.
● Address patient doubts and objections regarding homeopathic treatments.
● Guide them through the consultation and medicine purchase process.
● Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and trust. 3. Follow-Up & Retention:
● Conduct regular follow-ups with existing patients to ensure continued treatment.
● Promote repeat purchases and long-term treatment plans.
● Handle feedback and resolve patient concerns efficiently. 4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
● Maintain proper records of patient interactions, conversions, and sales.
● Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
● Provide insights on patient objections and sales challenges to improve processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Experience: 2-5 years in sales (preferably in healthcare, insurance, or telecalling roles).
✅ Language: Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory), basic English.
✅ Sales Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
