Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
📍 Location: Janjeerwala Head Office, Opposite Apna Avenue, Indore
🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with potential clients from leads generated by the digital marketing team
Call the leads to understand their location and office space requirements
Record client needs accurately and maintain a proper client database
Categorize and divide leads based on location and forward them to the respective Sales Head
Ensure smooth handover of leads and maintain follow-up until the sales team takes over
Use CRM and internal tools to update lead status and track communication
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for process improvement
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales (preferably in the same or relevant industry)
Excellent English communication and listening skills
Strong problem-solving attitude and organizational ability
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Excel
Team player with a proactive mindset
