Inside Sales Executive

To expand our footprint we require self-motivated, result oriented INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (ISR) with a passion to excel in sales in Mumbai, Pune and Delhi.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead Generation and Relationship Building: Identifying potential clients, building and nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers.

• Sales Strategy Development - Developing and implementing sales plans to meet and exceed targets, including market research and analysis.

• Arranging Demonstration and Proof of Concept - Arranging demonstration and carrying of proof of concept as per the requirement of the customer to ensure customer confidence in the proposed solution.

• Client Management - Managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.

• Negotiation and Contract Management - Negotiating contracts and deals with clients, ensuring favourable terms.

• Reporting and Analysis - Tracking business performance, providing reports, and analysing market trends.

• Collaboration - Working with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to achieve common goals.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills in English and local languages both oral and written.

• Good negotiation skills.

• Ability to generate leads through field research and networking.

• Proficiency in sales techniques and business development strategies.

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Freshers may also be considered.
