Inside Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company products and services (solar panels, energy-saving systems, etc.).

• Handle inbound queries professionally and convert inquiries into leads.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them to sales.

• Maintain and update customer database and CRM systems regularly.

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and convincingly.

• Schedule meetings or product demos for the field sales team when necessary.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.

• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues or queries.

• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for smooth order execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Strong persuasive skills and a customer-first attitude.

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
