Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, converting prospects, and closing sales over the phone, email, or online channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-centric attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calling, emails, social media, and other channels.

Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable products.

Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.

Follow up on leads and conduct product presentations and demos virtually.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, opportunities, and sales in CRM tools.

Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align on strategy.

Requirements:

Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive or similar sales role.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working with sales targets and in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
