Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate and qualify leads for residential
and commercial real estate projects.
Schedule and coordinate site visits, providing clients with complete information about
the properties.
Maintain records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Work in close coordination with the field sales team to facilitate smooth client visits and
successful closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding property
details, pricing, and availability.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and
excellent service.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach
