Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inbound leads, conducting outbound calls, understanding client requirements, and closing deals by presenting tailored solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective clients.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate client data and follow-up activities.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.

  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for lead generation and client onboarding.

  • Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitors.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic MS Office tools.
