Hotel Sales Manager

Banquet Operations:

• Manage the end-to-end execution of banquet events, including setup, service, and breakdown.

• Supervise and train banquet staff to ensure high-quality service and professionalism.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all banquet areas.

• Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.

Sales & Client Relations:

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the banquet and events market.

• Meet with clients to understand their event needs, provide proposals, and close sales.

• Build long-term relationships with corporate, wedding, and private event clients.

• Conduct site visits and facility tours with potential clients.

• Prepare event contracts, function sheets, and follow up on client satisfaction.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals
