Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Process Management
•Manage end-to-end sales for FMCG & QSR clients—from prospecting to deal closure.
•Oversee pipeline stages: initial contact, proposal submission, sample dispatch, feedback collection, confirmation, and first-order fulfilment.
2. Customer Support & Relationship Management
•Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure seamless customer experiences.
•Proactively address issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
3. Review Generation & Brand Reputation
•Encourage customers to share positive reviews on platforms like Google, Indiamart, and Justdial to boost credibility.
4. Order Follow-Up & Communication
•Track orders via WhatsApp broadcast reminders and maintain clear communication until delivery.
5. Revenue Growth & Upselling
•Drive month-on-month account growth by upselling new products/services aligned with client needs.
6. Client Engagement
•Organize quarterly video calls between clients and the CEO to gather feedback and explore collaboration opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
•1–2 years of sales experience in the HORECA/Frozen Food industry (QSR/FMCG background preferred).
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, or related fields.
•Fluent in English & Hindi; strong communication and negotiation skills.
•Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
•Comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
