Job Title: FMCG Distributor – Hair Oil Products

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Distributor to manage the distribution of our Hair Oil product range within the designated territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring availability, visibility, and timely delivery of our products to retail and wholesale channels, driving market penetration and volume growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Distribution Network Management:

·   Establish and maintain a wide distribution network across general trade, modern trade, and wholesale channels.

·   Ensure regular stock availability at retail outlets through timely supply and replenishment.

2.     Sales Execution:

·   Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

·   Monitor and push sales of hair oil SKUs based on seasonal and regional trends.

3.     Market Coverage & Expansion:

·       Expand reach in untapped markets and increase retailer base.

·       Conduct area mapping and route planning for efficient coverage.

4.     Inventory & Stock Management:

·       Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.

·       Avoid stock outs and minimize expiry and return losses.

5.     Promotional Support:

·       Implement trade promotions, schemes, and offers as per company guidelines.

·       Facilitate product displays, branding, and point-of-sale materials in retail outlets

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years as an FMCG Distributor (preferably in personal care or hair oil category).

• Infrastructure: Must have own warehouse, delivery vehicle(s), and billing system.

• Financial Capability: Ability to invest working capital as per company’s volume expectations.

• Knowledge: Understanding of local market, retailer network, and FMCG distribution dynamics.

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, team management, and reporting abilities.
