Field Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients/customers, and closing sales in assigned territories. This role is target-driven and requires strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of the product, and a willingness to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential and existing customers to promote and sell products/services

• Identify sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and market research

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

• Provide product demonstrations and answer customer queries

• Gather market intelligence and competitor activity reports

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales support, logistics, etc.) for smooth order processing

• Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and maintain customer records

• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and exhibitions as required

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)

• Proven field sales experience is an advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

• Familiarity with the assigned territory and local market conditions

• Willingness to travel daily within the assigned region

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license

• Experience in [industry, e.g., FMCG, telecom, B2B, medical sales]

• Local language proficiency (along with English/Hindi)
