Poorva Polymers is a part of the Polymer & Rubber industry, supplying elastomers and specialty chemicals to individuals and companies, with the products they need for their businesses. We were founded in 2016 as a Proprietorship concern, located in Pune, India. 

We supply chemicals to Automative, Rubber, Polymer, FRP, Cast Polyurethane, Flexible Polyurethane, Footwear, Roller, Lubricants, Poltrusion, Conveyor Belting, Heavy Electrical, Railway and Coating Industries. Our aim is to provide our customers the best materials to help grow their respective businesses, while creating goodwill and bonds that will spread beyond the existing generation.

The products we deal with include – FKM, FFKM (Tecnoflon grades), PU, FRP, Silicone, Footwear release agents, Rubber fillers (Carbon Black grades, Rubber Crumb, Whole Tyre reclaim rubber, Specialty Chemicals (Footwear pigments, Anti Tack agents, Rubber accelerators, etc), Technical Textiles.

Job Description

Reporting to – Joint reporting to; Head, Marketing (India and International) and Proprietor 

(Male candidates preferred)
(Knowledge of English is a must)

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Developing new customers in Pune and nearby regions, for sale of Specialty Chemicals and Rubber related chemicals.

·       End to End customer handling – procuring for new orders from existing customers, assisting with delivery of material and samples as and when required, checking payment statuses, etc.

·       Building and maintaining relationship with customers, responsibly.

·       Looking after stores and accurately maintaining the stock reports.

·       Daily reporting to management on work done during the day.

Required Skill Set and other requirements:

·       Diligent in meeting required monthly targets for sales.

·       Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.

·       Ability to convince new customers and maintain good relationships with all customers.

·       Willing to travel within the city, especially to MIDCs (Chakan, Bhosri, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Katraj, Ranjangaon, Alandi) and other regions, as and when required.

·       Command over language  - English, Marathi and Hindi (Verbal and Written).

·       MS office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

·       Willing to show enthusiasm and exhibit commitment towards work.

Qualification:

Graduation in any field, with 1-2 years of work experience in Sales and Marketing.
