Education Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and Targeting Clients:

• Building Relationships:

  Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, including principals, teachers, and administrators. 

• Understanding Needs:

  Identifying the specific needs and challenges of educational institutions and tailoring solutions to meet those needs. 

• Product Presentations and Demonstrations:

  Conducting presentations and demonstrations of educational products and services to showcase their benefits and features. 

• Sales Proposals and Contracts:

  Preparing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. 

• Providing Support:

  Offering ongoing support and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 

• Staying Informed:

  Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new developments in the education sector. 

• Collaboration:

  Working with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and ensure client needs are met. 

Essential Skills:

• Sales and Negotiation: Proven experience in sales, with strong negotiation and closing skills. 

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present and explain products. 

• Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. 

• Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of the educational products or services being sold. 

• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions to address them. 

• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize leads, and meet deadlines. 

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the education sector, its trends, and key players. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business, or Marketing.

• Proven experience in sales, particularly within the education sector.
