Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion & Sales
Convert inbound leads and nurture outbound prospects through phone, email, WhatsApp, and webinars.
Guide prospective learners on course selection, eligibility, career outcomes, and exam preparation.
Close sales through consultative, needs-based discussions.
Product Knowledge
Develop a deep understanding of Project Management certifications (MPM®, PMP®, etc.), career relevance, and global value.
Stay updated on course features, pricing, certifications, and competitor offerings.
Counselling & Follow-up
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand learner goals and recommend appropriate course paths.
Maintain timely and regular follow-ups to ensure lead engagement and conversion.
Reporting & CRM
Track interactions, maintain records in CRM, and generate reports on conversion metrics.
Work closely with marketing and academic teams for feedback loops.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing/Education preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of counselling/sales experience (preferred in education, EdTech, or training)
Experience in selling professional or technical certification courses is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Consultative sales and empathy-driven communication
Confidence with phone-based selling
Familiarity with CRMs
Preferred Background:
Exposure to project management domain or knowledge of certifications like PMP®, PRINCE2®, or MPM® is advantageous.
Candidates with Engineering Background preferred
Ability to explain career progression for roles like Project Managers, Coordinators, or Team Leads.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Occasional evening webinars or weekend counselling (with compensatory offs)
