Ecommerce Account Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing GST-compliant accounting, supporting purchase operations, and maintaining accurate inventory records using Vyapar software. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, GST compliance, and inventory management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & GST Compliance

• Maintain accurate records of purchase invoices and related GST documentation.

• Reconcile GST input credits with purchase data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Coordinate with tax consultants to facilitate timely GST return filings.

• Support daily accounting functions related to purchases, inventory, and e-commerce transactions.

2. Purchasing Operations

• Assist in managing and tracking purchase orders, vendor communication, and procurement documentation.

• Ensure timely and accurate entry of all purchase-related transactions into accounting systems.

3. Inventory Management

• Oversee inventory tracking and stock updates using Vyapar software.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure all stock movements are recorded accurately and promptly.

• Generate regular inventory and stock reports for management review.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or mismatches to maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting and GST compliance, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems; experience with Vyapar is a strong advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to coordinate with vendors, tax consultants, and internal teams effectively.
