Job Overview:
As a Customer Support and Operations Intern, you will be the backbone of Writeyfy’s student and writer interactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from inquiry to project delivery. You will handle chat-based communications, resolve queries, coordinate assignments, and oversee platform operations. Additionally, you will support sales and marketing initiatives to drive platform growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage dynamic tasks in a startup environment.

Job Responsibilities:
 Manage and oversee chat-based communications with students and writers, ensuring smooth coordination and addressing queries effectively.
 Resolve student inquiries promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust in Writeyfy’s services.
 Facilitate seamless assignment management by coordinating requirements, deadlines, and progress updates between students and writers.
 Track and evaluate assignment progress and platform operations, implementing necessary service improvements.
 Foster and maintain strong relationships with students and writers, ensuring loyalty and positive engagement.
 Manage the day-to-day operations of the platform to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery.
 Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by promoting Writeyfy’s services, driving engagement, and supporting growth initiatives.
 Uphold Writeyfy’s commitment to personalised, efficient, and reliable academic assistance.
