Job Description:
Sales Administration & MIS:
Sales report analysis Preparation of Quotations & Creation of samples sales orders and follow ups Assist Marketing team in Campaigns Respond to queries from customers (Stockist / Hospitals) and give after-sales support Incentive computation and verification
Sales force Effectiveness & Automation:
Manage Masters like Hospital List, Doctor List and SFC record in SFA/CRM Generate report of field employee (DCR, TP, Call, Activity, Campaign & Others) Verification of field expenses and provide the summary statement to HR for final process Attendance and Leave Management
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good Knowledge on MS Office tools specially in Excel Should have an aptitude in problem-solving & excellent customer service skills A Team Player with high level of dedication Should have a strong work ethic and eager to learn
