Handle incoming inquiries related to interior projects.
Maintain and update CRM database with client information and project status.
Follow up with leads and convert them into potential clients.
Coordinate between clients, designers, and execution teams.
Explain basic interior products, materials, and processes to clients.
Schedule client meetings and ensure timely follow-up.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and resolve any concerns professionally.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and timelines in coordination with the design team.
Graduate in any discipline (Interior Design diploma/certification is a plus).
1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
Basic understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and terminology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking.
