Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Credit Card Sales Executive to promote and sell credit card products to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a target-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers through cold calling, field visits, or lead generation.
Explain credit card features, benefits, terms, and eligibility criteria to customers.
Assist customers in the application process and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Participate in promotional activities and campaigns organized by the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in credit card sales, banking, or financial products is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets consistently.
Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge for data entry and reporting.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in field sales or direct marketing.
Knowledge of financial products or services.
Fluency in local language and English.
