Job Overview

Apollo Company is seeking motivated and goal-oriented Credit Card Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with customers both in-store at Apollo Pharmacy outlets and through field sales activities to promote our credit card products. Key Responsibilities

• In-Store Sales:

☑️Engage with pharmacy customers to pitch suitable credit card offerings.

☑️Explain card features, eligibility criteria, benefits, and usage.

☑️Collect and verify customer documents in compliance with KYC norms.

☑️Ensure daily visibility and upkeep of promotional materials and campaign branding.

• Field Sales:

☑️Visit residential areas, corporate offices, local businesses, and other pharmacies to pitch credit cards.

☑️Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and engaging footfall.

☑️Follow up on potential leads and close sales within the given turnaround time (TAT).

• Operational:

☑️Maintain accurate daily records of interactions, applications, and conversions.

☑️Coordinate with internal processing teams for application approvals and customer onboarding.

☑️Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines during sales and documentation.

What we are looking for:

✅Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

✅Experience: 6 months to 2 years in credit card or financial product sales. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

✅Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

✅Confidence in direct customer engagement

✅Goal-oriented and self-motivated

✅Basic understanding of financial products and KYC norms
