Objective:
To identify, engage, and close partnerships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, wellness centers, corporates, and healthcare aggregators to offer diagnostic lab services.
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify potential partners for diagnostic service tie-ups.
Pitching & Presentations:
Present diagnostic lab offerings (tests, pricing, packages, USPs) and value proposition to stakeholders.
Partnership Conversion:
Close B2B tie-ups through in-person meetings, virtual calls, or institutional agreements.
Relationship Management:
Maintain regular engagement with partners to ensure sustained referrals and service satisfaction.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work with internal teams (logistics, phlebo, customer support, billing) to ensure seamless partner servicing.
Market Intelligence:
Track competitor activity, pricing, and partnership models to suggest improvement areas.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport and trust with medical professionals
Understanding of diagnostic tests, panels, and B2B healthcare market
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting
Willingness to travel locally for meetings and onboarding
