Collection Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers for due or overdue payments via calls, SMS, or email

• Update and maintain payment records in the system

• Follow up regularly to ensure recovery within the timeline

• Resolve billing or payment-related queries

• Coordinate with accounts and sales teams for updates

• Share daily/weekly collection status reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry

• Experience in collections, recovery, or customer service is a plus

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
