We are now looking to expand our School Division team by hiring a dedicated and dynamic Client Success Manager.

Role Overview

This is a client-facing role where the selected candidate will manage existing school and colleges accounts, ensure high levels of client satisfaction, and handle new leads efficiently. The role requires extensive travel and close coordination with internal teams to deliver timely and customized solutions. You will be the face of SoCo to our school & College clients — a role that demands ownership, understanding, and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned school/college clients

Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention

Attend and service incoming leads from school/colleges clients and prospects

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and resolution of client issues

Plan and conduct regular visits to schools, colleges, exhibitions, and other client locations

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service status, and follow-ups

Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic relationship-building initiatives
