Job Title: Client Servicing Executive
Location: NSP, D-Mall, Delhi
Job Responsibilities:
Handle client queries, resolve issues, and ensure timely support
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, onboarding) for smooth execution of client requests
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Collect feedback, identify areas of improvement, and communicate client needs internally
Follow up for approvals, payments, and campaign timelines
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Client-facing experience preferred (Hospitality, Marketing, or Food Industry a plus)
Good coordination and multitasking ability
Proficiency in MS Excel/ Google sheets
Problem-solving attitude and client-first approach
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
