Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

Falgun Trading Corporation is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relationship Executive with experience in accounts and billing. This dual-role position requires excellent interpersonal skills to maintain and develop client relationships, while also supporting day-to-day financial operations such as invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Duties:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

• Ensure prompt and professional responses to client queries and service requests.

• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Schedule and conduct regular follow-ups and client meetings (virtual or in-person).

• Address and resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions and transactions.

Accounting & Billing Duties:

• Generate and issue sales invoices and delivery challans accurately.

• Track accounts receivable and follow up on pending payments.

• Assist in reconciling customer accounts and managing outstanding balances.

• Maintain records for sales, returns, credit notes, and taxation compliance (e.g., GST).

• Support preparation of monthly sales and collection reports.

• Work with the finance team for ledger maintenance and audit compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing and basic accounting.

• Working knowledge of Tally or other accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks).

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in billing and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in trading, distribution, or B2B sales sectors.

• Familiarity with GST invoicing and statutory accounting requirements in India.
