We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Client Relationship Specialist to become a valuable part of our team for Hello Mentor Private Limited based in Bangalore, located at 1st Phase JP Nagar. The role offers ₹30000 - ₹32000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Education. Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 0.5 - 2 years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in Kannada. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A Graduate is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
