Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and the client.
Understand the client’s brand vision, goals, and expectations.
Schedule regular meetings, provide updates, and gather feedback.
Manage client concerns, questions, and requests efficiently.
2. Project Coordination & Timeline Management
Work with internal teams (designers, strategists, Production team) to ensure project deadlines are met.
Develop and track project timelines, ensuring smooth workflow.
Address any roadblocks that may delay deliverables.
3. Briefing & Requirement Gathering
Gather client requirements and translate them into clear creative briefs.
Ensure the internal team understands the brand's messaging and positioning.
Clarify objectives and expectations with all stakeholders.
4. Quality Control & Deliverables Management
Review and refine deliverables before presenting them to the client.
Ensure brand consistency across all assets.
Coordinate revisions and approvals in an efficient manner.
5. Budget & Contract Oversight
Manage budgets, invoices, and payments in coordination with finance.
Ensure project scope aligns with the agreed budget and prevent scope creep.
Communicate additional costs or changes in scope to clients proactively.
6. Feedback Collection & Performance Tracking
Collect client feedback and implement necessary changes.
Track the effectiveness of branding efforts and provide reports.
Maintain long-term relationships and explore future opportunities.
