We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Relationship Manager with excellent communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact for our premium clients, ensuring smooth program execution and superior post-sales service delivery.
Serve as the primary liaison between Evolve Brands and elite clients, ensuring exceptional relationship management.
Oversee the entire execution of loyalty programs — from the time they go live to their successful completion.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of services.
Regularly update clients on program performance and offer strategic suggestions for improvement.
Maintain detailed records and reports using Excel or other tools to track program execution and client feedback.
Handle any post-sale queries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure client satisfaction.
Present program updates, reports, and strategic inputs to clients with clarity and professionalism.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and client-facing abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
Experience in client servicing, especially in loyalty programs or brand services, is a plus.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage timelines efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
