We are hiring dedicated Call Center Executives to handle customer support and service calls for domestic and international processes. This role requires candidates with good communication skills, patience, and basic computer knowledge.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
Provide product or service information clearly and accurately.
Maintain and update customer records.
Follow predefined scripts and communication protocols.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to senior teams.
Male Candidates: Rotational Shifts (Day/Night shifts based on process)
Female Candidates: Fixed Day Shift only
Age: 18 to 35 years
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Language Skills: Basic proficiency in English, Hindi, or regional language
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome
