Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and confident Telecaller to join our infrastructure onboarding team. Your key role will be to contact potential entrepreneurs, explain the complete process of opening a Petrol Pump or LNG Station, and schedule meetings with the Founders for further discussions. This is a career-starting role with strong growth potential in the infrastructure and energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain the setup procedure for Petrol Pumps & LNG Stations

• Qualify leads based on investment capacity, land availability, and interest

• Schedule appointments/meetings with the Founding Team for detailed project discussions

• Share company brochures, investment plans, and documentation checklists with interested parties

• Maintain follow-up records and update CRM or lead sheets regularly

• Resolve basic queries confidently and escalate technical matters to senior team members

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred

• Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling/telesales/client engagement roles preferred

• Skills:
  

  • Strong communication in Hindi & English

  • Convincing and persuasive tone

  • Professional phone etiquette and CRM handling

• Background knowledge in petrol pumps, infrastructure, or franchises is a plus

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000

• Incentives: Up to ₹5,000/month based on performance

• Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon–Sat)

• Location: Mercantile House, KG Marg, Connaught Place, New Delhi
