Job Description:

Computronics Systems India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Executive / Sr. Executive – Call Centre (Outbound Sales – DTH Process) for its client Beetel Teletech Limited. The role involves managing outbound calls, selling Airtel DTH services, and meeting defined sales targets in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for selling DTH products (ARP, Wingback, VAS, CPE Recovery).

• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer objections and provide effective resolutions.

• Ensure adherence to TRAI/DND compliance and call quality standards.

• Update CRM systems with accurate lead/customer information.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in outbound tele sales (DTH, Telecom, BFSI preferred).

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.

• Target-oriented with a strong sales and customer focus.

• Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools is a plus.
