Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to handle overall planning, execution, and coordination across sales, customer care, procurement, and account health.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Planning:
Forecast sales, set targets (Platform/SKU-wise), and track actuals vs. targets.
Offline Sales:
Plan and execute offline sales. Coordinate hiring and team activities.
Overseas Procurement:
Manage vessel planning, supplier coordination, customs, quality checks, and logistics.
Customer Care:
Monitor support teams (Silgate & Akiara), lead OKR reviews, resolve escalations, and ensure lead resolution.
Quarterly Meetings:
Prepare sales performance reports, lead discussions, and action plans.
Team Supervision:
Track daily reports, demos, support call quality, and follow-up activities.
Recovery & Reviews:
Monitor Safe-T claims, invoice issues, and manage review targets (organic & inorganic).
Platform & Policy Management:
Maintain account health and resolve any platform compliance issues.
Other Tasks:
Image editing, CRM troubleshooting, SIM/software/license coordination.
Requirements:
4–6 years’ experience in E-commerce operations
Strong Excel & dashboard skills
Familiar with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, TeleCRM
Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
