Business Manager

Ambay medical devices, is looking for a dynamic and professional Bid manager/Tender Manager to lead and manage the complete tendering process for government contracts.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the public procurement landscape and will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and maintaining all required licenses and certifications essential for successful bidding. This role demands strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate government and institutional tenders relevant to our product range.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tendering regulations, eligibility criteria, and documentation.

Acquire and manage necessary certifications (e.g., MSME, ISO, CE, BIS, WHO-GMP, etc.).

Coordinate with internal departments (production, QA, regulatory, legal, etc.) to compile tender documentation.

Prepare competitive and compliant bid proposals with attention to technical and commercial accuracy.

Submit tenders within deadlines and ensure compliance with all procedural and legal requirements.

Track tender outcomes, address queries, and manage post-submission communication and negotiation.

Maintain records of submitted tenders, outcomes, and feedback for process optimization.
