Key Responsibilities: ● Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. ● Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. ● Understand client requirements and align them with the company’s services/solutions. ● Craft customized proposals and pitch decks for prospective clients and partners. ● Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and a seamless client experience. ● Stay updated with market trends, competitor movements, and industry developments. ● Track all interactions and pipeline activity using CRM tools and share regular updates with leadership. ● Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets and contribute to the overall business strategy.
Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. ● MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus. ● 3–6+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic partnerships. ● Proven success in achieving revenue targets and building strong client relationships.
