Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven RPO Business Development Manager to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within the recruitment outsourcing industry. The BDM will play a crucial role in building long-term client relationships and expanding our RPO services across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new RPO sales leads and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.

• Understand client needs and present tailored recruitment outsourcing solutions to address those needs.

• Lead the end-to-end sales process — from lead qualification to proposal development to contract negotiation and closure.

• Build strategic relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition heads, and decision-makers.

• Collaborate with internal recruitment delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.

• Develop and present business cases and ROI analyses for potential clients.

• Track and report sales performance metrics and forecast revenue.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within RPO or recruitment services.

• Strong understanding of the RPO model, talent acquisition, and HR processes.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred:

• Existing network within HR or staffing industry.

• Experience in working with international clients (US/UK markets preferred)
