Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell Insurance:

  • Offer life insurance to customers who take home loans, personal loans, car loans, etc., from Union Bank of India.

  • Meet monthly sales targets.

• Work with Bank Staff:

  • Build good relationships with branch managers and loan officers.

  • Visit assigned branches regularly to support and motivate staff.

• Train & Support:

  • Teach bank staff about Credit Life products.

  • Help them understand how to talk about insurance to customers.

• Follow Leads:

  • Follow up on loan customer leads from the bank.

  • Help close sales and ensure smooth policy issuance.

• Handle Paperwork & Rules:

  • Make sure all customer documents are complete and correct.

  • Follow company and IRDAI rules.
