Role Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and energetic Lead Manager to join our growing team. You’ll be the front face of MetaBlock, helping us connect with potential clients, pitch our services, close deals, and nurture long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and inbound leads.
Conduct client meetings to understand their business needs and pitch suitable tech solutions.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through CRM tools.
Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly targets.
Collaborate with the technical team to propose customized services.
Follow up with clients and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain records of calls, meetings, leads, and conversions.
Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to build connections.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in IT or tech services).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with targets and fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of digital services like websites, apps, and online marketing.
Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
