✅ Recruit and lead a team of Insurance Advisors

✅ Drive life insurance sales through your team

✅ Manage performance & ensure targets are met

✔ 1–2 years of experience in BFSI Sales

✔ Age: Below 40 years

• Presentable with Good communication Skills.
