Job Summary:

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives (BDE) in Bangalore. This role is ideal for candidates interested in the banking and financial services sector, especially in loan processing and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell various loan products to customers (e.g., personal loans, business loans, etc.)

• Maintain customer relationships and provide post-sales support

• Follow up on leads provided by the bank

• Ensure timely loan collection and recovery as per bank policies

• Maintain proper documentation and compliance records

• Travel within assigned local areas for customer visits

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Any Stream)

• Freshers can apply , graduates are preferred

• Basic communication skills in Kannada and Hindi/English preferred

• Must be comfortable with fieldwork (within Bangalore city)

• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
