Job Role:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving the bank's loan and collection services by acquiring customers, managing loan applications, and ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell loan products to customers.

Assist customers with documentation and loan processing.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Conduct follow-ups for collections and ensure timely repayments.

Meet assigned targets and contribute to business growth.

Maintain accurate records and provide daily updates to the team lead.
