We are currently expanding our team and looking for dynamic candidate to join our business development efforts.
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Thikse’s software services.
Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant solutions.
Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
Handle initial client queries and ensure a smooth handover to the sales team.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and generate qualified leads.
Maintain professional communication and represent the brand positively.
Good verbal communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
Basic knowledge of software/IT services is an advantage.
Excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and a quick learner.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).
Minimum: Graduate in any stream
Freshers are welcome; training will be provided
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
