We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 2 months to 3year of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the HR services or recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and driving business growth for our HR solutions, including recruitment, staffing, training, and consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the HR services sector through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR managers, and decision-makers.
Promote and sell HR solutions, including recruitment, staffing, training, and HR consulting services.
Negotiate and close business deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment and operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends and to respective directors.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Any degree
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in HR services, recruitment, or staffing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B sales and corporate client acquisition.
Understanding of sales,recruitment, staffing, and HR consulting services.
Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to tailor solutions.
