Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle sales related requests, queries/ complaints from customers and follow up to ensure accurate and timely resolutions are provided and maximum sales is closed.
Monitors individual performance objectives, meets standards and assure customer acquisition wherein target goals are met.
Independently resolves most problems/ questions that arise and consults with senior team members and assists senior department team members in identifying frequently encountered issues and developing resolutions for improving sales.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
Inside sales experience
Familiarity with Windows operating systems
Knowledge of handling of CRM is a plus
Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end sales cycle preferred.
Possess flexibility and ability to effectively perform multiple functions at a time
Ability to work under pressure and still meet up with deadlines without making errors
