Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and drive company growth.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Actively follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, exhibitions, or customer referrals.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients.

  • Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring profitable margins and customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth operations.

  • Maintain and update client database, sales records, and activity reports using CRM tools.

  • Participate in events, expos, and promotions to represent the brand and expand visibility.

  • Regularly report on sales performance, feedback, and market intelligence to the management team.
